Everfive Abogados, is a personal project of a team of professionals of labour law, born with the the aim to provide a different service to their clients.
The founding partners have more than 20 years of experience advising companies in all productive sectors, from large multinational corporations to SMEs. From one-off consultations on day-to-day issues, to the implementation of global policies or intervention in all kinds of collective matters and dispute procedures. The firm also provides services to employees in all areas of labour law.
The idea of founding a firm as Everfive, begins with the belief that the best service delivered to clients requires direct and personalized attention, to be carried out by professionals with experience in the matters to be dealt with, and who really know the clients and their needs. These objectives can only be achieved if the firm is committed to the continuous training of the teams, the assignment of responsibilities according to the degree of knowledge of the professional, and the guarantee to the client to have permanent access to a partner to deal with any issue.
From these premises, we want to welcome you to this new project, a service with a vocation of closeness and effectiveness in advice, which is a reality thanks to the support and recognition of an important portfolio of clients with which we have shared many years of professional career, until we reach to Everfive Abogados.

We are constantly participating in the negotiation of collective agreements of large companies. The members of the Firm have been involved in the preparation and negotiation of all types of restructuring processes, for companies of all fields and sizes, which are also assessed in the daily management of their human resources, in the judicial and extrajudicial resolution of individual conflicts, and in the extensive advice on the design and management of their strategies. We also acts in the defence, both individually and collectively, of the rights of employees in processes of all kinds.
